From Auckland - Exit Motorway at Silverdale off ramp, turning right at first around about and straight through at second round about. Carry on straight through first set of lights going past Silverdale up towards the second set of lights, turning right at lights into Whangaparaoa Road. Continue on this road through two sets of lights, past the New World continue overhill we are located inside the Red Dave Brock Motors & Bridgestone building on the right hand side next to the Green FFS Gym.
